As I posted earlier today, I'm giving away copies of The Automatic Millionaire Homeowner by David Bach all day today. I reviewed the book and liked it a lot (7 stars). I think you will too -- especially since it's FREE!!!
The winner of Book #1 was Brian (comment #4). Congrats!
Here's how you can enter the next giveaway:
All you need to do is leave a comment, any comment, on this post. That's all you have to do. I'll draw a name at random at 10:30 am ET today and announce the winner shortly thereafter. As for rules, they simply are:
1. You can enter every giveaway I have through the course of today, but only enter once per giveaway. In other words, you can leave ONE comment on EACH book giveaway today so you have the chance to win every time a book is given away. If you leave more than one comment on any one giveaway though, your entries will be invalid for that particular giveaway.
2. The drawing will be final and I will be the complete and final judge (don't worry, I'll be fair).
3. U.S. mailing addresses only.
4. If you win, I will wait for a week for you to respond to an email I send you telling the procedure to get your free book. If you don't respond within this time, I'll hold another drawing and give it away to someone else.
Good luck!
This series is brought to you by Emigrant Direct.

I really love the idea of giving away books that you've reviewed. Presumably most of us are reading FMF because we're interested in your thoughts on personal finance. You're giving away something your target audience can and will use.

Thanks for the opportunity

if everyone did what he says, and as he thinks everyone can afford a home, there'd be nobody to rent to. if i have three houses and rent two out and my neighbors do the same and those in the 70% income and above do the same, doesnt that leave you with a huge excess of homes to rent out, especially since everyone else already owns a place?
