I'll have to disagree with item 10, Low-Flow Shower Heads. It will take twice as long to rinse the soap off with one of these, and time is money! I make it a point to remove the flow restrictors off of new shower heads to get as much pressure as I reasonably can.
Same deal with some water-saving toilets. It sometimes takes two flushes to "do the job", which makes it self defeating.
