This is my first in what will be a long line of messages to let you know about a big event here at Free Money Finance on Monday, October 2. I'm not going to give too much of it away at this point -- I just wanted to give you a heads-up so you can plan to visit early and often that day. There will be tons of posts on all sorts of personal finance topics, a chance for you to help support a charity (without it costing you anything!), and tons of FREE STUFF that I'll be giving away all day. It's a new event I'm trying out -- and if it works, maybe we'll do it again.
