Here's what you need to do to claim your prize:

You need to email me the name and address where the book should be sent. You need to do this by Friday at noon. I'll start sending out the prizes next week (a few every day until they are all sent out). If I don't hear from you by the time your book is set to go out, I will give the book to someone else.
