Well, the You Need a Budget Pro Giveaway has come to an end. If you recall, readers were asked to give their #1 reason a person needs a budget. I was then to select a winner and five runners-up. But early on I saw that it was going to be tough to pick a winner, so I solicited some more judges. In addition to me, here's who helped select the winners in this competition:
