LOL, I do daydream about something coming along and suddenly changing my financial picture. Net worth is moving up but I just wish it were faster and I'd like to be socking more away for retirement. I've never played the lottery but I could see myself doing it maybe once every couple of months or so when I'm having a good day. Outside of those two, I'm pretty non-magical.

I pick up pennies (or coins of greater value) on the sidewalk and put them into my high yield savings account for a future vacation. I know they won't pay for the entire vacation, but they help the account go in the right direction.
