<p>In a way, it's a lot, lot, lot like the interview process to secure a job and move up in your career, but it's just tuned differently because it is from the perspective of the school and admissions officer- it still requires the same level of preparation, self-reflection, and being able to present yourself in a way that is attractive to the institution.</p>
