<p>You should just get rid of the student debt and the car debt. There is no need to have that debt hanging around.</p>
<p>Over the 5 years, you could put away a huge chunk of money towards your next home and have little to no mortgage left. That would make it even easier on your finances when you decide to start a family.</p>
