It wasn't till my early 30's did I figure out the concept of a side hustle. Boy did it pay off. First one made me about $500k in 7 years on cash flow and then I sold it for $350k. Then I immediately started another and it's made about half that in the same time. I've not been able to focus on it as much as my career has taken off. Beside that I've also invested and own 4 rental properties and own a second business with a friend. Remember, that it's not just the cash flow but selling it in the end. If you're thinking about it, don't wait.... just do it!
