I just HAVE to share with you all a GREAT buy I made today. Here are the details:
- My Norton Antivirus subscription is about to expire on my computer, so I needed to renew.
- I also wanted to get some extra software to guard against spam and get a spyware program.
- I purchased a Norton bundled package including antivirus, spyware software, spam protection, firewall, and a few other software programs today at Costco for $59.99.
- I had a Costco coupon for $20 off, making my purchase price only $39.99.
- Costco also offered a $35 rebate, which I spent 5 minutes online completing. Now my net cost is $4.99.
- I would have paid $30 alone just to renew my virus program. So, in effect, I spent $25 less that I had planned and got all the software I wanted and more!!!
Oh, the JOY of SAVING MONEY!!!!!! :-)
Since I am now shopping for a antivirus software, this is a timely tip. I hope Costco here in Canada has the same deal. Thanks!

Did you look around for a Norton upgrader's rebate? Norton usually offers those, just look for the product on Amazon or something to see if there is one listed.

For those who don't want to spend any money at all on protection software legitimately, use Avast Antivirus for home users (http://www.avast.com/) along with Microsoft's free Anti-Spyware and SP2 firewall software. These three programs have everything you need to protect your computer without paying a dime.
