I'm way past these as options, but I realize many people aren't. These are certainly the foundational steps to a healthy net worth and everyone who is now wealthy once had to take these in some form or other. Don't feel bad if you're "just" at this stage. Taking care of these three issues alone puts you ahead of many people financially.
