I need a new will. Badly. We haven't had ours updated for several years, and while it's probably still "ok", we need a new one. I've been meaning to do this for a year now -- and I even have the money set aside for it -- but it's just finding a good time to do it. This year, I'm resolving to get it done!
As you probably know, there are many benefits of having a will. If you don't have a will or if yours is old/outdated, I'd encourage you to join me and get (a new) one.
Interesting that you mention "wills" but fail to mention anything about setting up a "revocable trust?" Trusts, as you may or may not know, helps to avoid probate . . . and granted a will is a part of a trust, BUT . . . a trust provides a greater deal of protection for you, your family and corresponding heirs.

John -- I'm using "will" in the all-encompassing sense, so it's likely a trust will be part of the plan.
