Today we give away the Jean Chatzky book I mentioned last week and announce the next giveaway for this week. Let's get started.
The winner of the Jean Chatzky book is: Lori. Congratulations!
This week, I'm giving away a copy of Ordinary People, Extraordinary Wealth by Ric Edelman. Here's how you can enter to win this book:
Leave a comment, any comment, on this post. That's all you have to do.
I'll draw a name at random next Wednesday as well as announce the next giveaway. As for rules, they simply are:
1. You can enter once per day (total of seven entries per week) by coming back to this post and leaving a comment. You can not simply leave seven entries on one day -- if you do, all your entries will be disqualified.
2. The drawing will be final and I will be the complete and final judge (don't worry, I'll be fair).
3. U.S. mailing addresses only.
Good luck!
I'll leave myself one chance; I probably will not come back to post every day though.

Hey, did you know your Emigrant Direct ad on the side is out of date? It's still showing 4% when it's up to 4.25%.

i read jim jubak's picks on money central. does anyone have a clue on how exactly he gets his results? does he include transaction fees? does he really buy those stocks into his own portfolio or is it just into some fictional portfolio?
if this is not the right blog for this question, could someone direct me to the correct blog where someone would want to discuss this issue. i have emailed jim jubak but am yet to receive a response.
ciao,
