i read jim jubak's picks on money central. does anyone have a clue on how exactly he gets his results? does he include transaction fees? does he really buy those stocks into his own portfolio or is it just into some fictional portfolio?

if this is not the right blog for this question, could someone direct me to the correct blog where someone would want to discuss this issue. i have emailed jim jubak but am yet to receive a response.
