I know that most of the U.S. has been in full spring to early summer mode for awhile, but here in Michigan, we're just entering a regular spring-like weather pattern (we had frost/freeze warnings a week ago!). As such, here's a money saving tip I'm currently taking advantage of and you can too every clothes-shopping season:
Shop end-of-season and clearance sales when you can save anywhere from fifty to seventy-five percent. If you do this at the end of each season, you’ll always have new clothes when a season starts!
I've picked up some cold-weather clothes on the bargain rack recently and saved a TON. I'm also looking forward to putting on my "new" summer clothes -- ones that I purchased last year at great deals. You can do the same and save a bundle on clothing-related expenses.
