Here's a great, free giveaway for our 24 Hours of Free Money Finance: Money Advisor 2001 book (ok, it's a bit old, but still has some good info).
Here's how the giveaways today will work:
Every hour, on the hour (i.e. 12 am, 1 am, 2 am, etc.) I will be giving away a FREE item. Yep -- 24 giveaways in all! All you'll need to do is leave a comment on the post within an hour of it going up to be eligible to win it. I will then select a comment at random as the winner.
So, to win this item, just leave a comment, any comment, below within an hour of when it was posted.
On October 3, I'll announce all the winners in one big post.
A few rules for these giveaways:
1. You can win more than once. You can enter every single giveaway if you like (but only one entry per hour).
2. While a few of the items will be the same (i.e. I may give away a book at 4 am and another copy of the same at 2 pm), most of the items will be unique. I have lots of great giveaways I think you'll love -- without much duplication. So come back often!
3. The drawing will be final and I will be the complete and final judge.
4. U.S. mailing addresses only. (I'm on a budget here, after all.)
Good luck! Post a comment below for a chance to win this hour's giveaway!
Alright, here we go again.

I just found out that my former teammates' world record transcontinental relay (Pacific Ocean to Atlantic Ocean, on foot) was actually about 2 hours shy of it. Coincidentally enough, the actual record was set in 1983 by a current teammate.
Man, we live in a small world. Not that that has anything to do with finances.
