Great post. All too often I see people either pursuing wealth for the sake of wealth or sacrificing their future financial security in the name of today's unnecessary consumption. If I ever start doing either I will know that it's time to rethink my priorities.

There are two ways of getting rich. One, by maximising your income and two, by minimising your needs. If you have more than you can spend, u're rich, I think. And at the end of the day, if you have a rich sleep, nothing like it.

Buddha says that the secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn the past but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.

An Arabian proverb says that he who has health has hope and he who has hope has everything.

Ranjan -- It's not mine to give away. I was allowed to run it from Marotta. If you want to run it too, you'll need to contact them.
