It was a GREAT time to go -- off season. The longest we waited in line was 20 minutes -- most waits were 5-10 minutes. :-)

I just came back from Disney as well, was a great time of year to go. Not only were the crowds light, but we were able to get the dining plan thrown in for free just for staying on Disney property. I think for 5 days I spent a little over $100 out of pocket. Of course I don't have kids, but it's a great value off season nevertheless.
