Oddly enough, I have some sellers employing similar tactics. My company is looking at some rental properties in a college town, and one particular seller places an ad every day, and then never returns phone calls or emails. These are relatively high-end properties too... $250K-$1M.

These people need to get a realtor!

This was absolutely hilarious, and despite the "April Fools" header, the story was believable enough that I was on the hook for a good ten minutes. Best April Fool's joke of any I've seen today on the web.

The sad part is, some of these tactics might actually work!

Totally funny... I too have sellers that are or have tried the technique. i wish it worked!
