That's a good story to hear. There are plenty of negative stories and its nice to hear a good one when things like that happen. It also helps that their food is good between food and service you want to come back.

Good for them making things right and good for you telling them it wasn't necessary. Even better for them on insisting it was necessary. I've run into situations where I was trying to play polite and said "oh that's not necessary" only to have the offer of good will rescinded. I guess that teaches me to play polite.

Thats awesome. I used to love Logan's. Now I live in a Logan's free town and really want to go back.

As we are on the subject of good experiences. There are a Quizno's, a Subway and a TCBY near me that have all treated me great. I've gotten free food, discounted food and all kinds of little perks from them over my years here. There are benefits to being a friendly semi-regular customer.

And finally, there is a little privately owned Italian coffee house near me that gave myself and my friend free drinks because their machine was broken and they weren't able to make the ones we originally ordered.

you went to a STEAKhouse and ordered SALMON?!?!?!??!?!?!?

Love Logan's. Or Mr. Lohgaaans as I say when I'm trying to fool the kids into thinking we're going out for Chinese :-)

Where do you go to Logans Roadhouse at? I go to the one in the Inland Empire. I could eat there rolls all day long. Thats the main reason I go there.

OK back on topic.

You normally dont get that kind of customer service anymore. Maybe its just me because I'm still young, they dont think I have the ability to tip much so they just go for the so called "Big Fish." But its nice to hear that customer service still exists somewhere in the world.
