I once bought a dishwasher from Sears. They sent the wrong color. It was returned and they sent the right color, but charged my card twice. I complained, and they credited the card. A week later they credited the card again. After a month had passed, I realized I had gotten a dishwasher for free. I called to let them know, they assured me there was no error. The next month I called again, customer service was completely confused that I was trying to pay again (she was trying to credit me again). She finally figured it out and said wow, thanks for your honesty. The next day they charged my card the correct amount, and everthing was finally settled. Three days later, they credited it back...
