Technically, one would be $395 ahead. $520 - $125 = $395 (not $375). :)

I didn't include the $20 you "earned" since it's likely you could have earned more with it elsewhere.

I applied for this recently and the fee was waived for the first year. I would have responded earlier but was waiting until I received my first statement to confirm it.
