Since I charge pretty much everything so I can get the reward points (and of course pay off the cards every month) I generally carry very little cash (usually $50 or less).

Usually around $80. That's because I typically am the one who goes to the ATM once every 2 weeks to get cash for the housecleaner ($120), and I withdraw $200 (leaving me with $80 that gets whittled down over the next 2 weeks on babysitters/tips/small purchases, etc.)

Oh man, I am so bad about carrying cash. I only carry coins (and I have no idea where they came from since I never use cash). I guess I just forget to go to the ATM, but I also prefer the security of cards. The big downside there is that sometimes you need cash for things so it's inconvenient.
